Well, the Elemental Masks did create storms and cause a volcanic eruption in the intro (2:36). Granted, we don't know exactly how large of an area they covered, but a vanilla thunderstorm alone would have at least Small City level [Low 7-B] energy output even if we were low-balling it (according to this), and that's not even counting the accompanying volcanic eruption. Plus, Uka Uka says that they caused earthquakes, floods, and an ice age (3:48).

This is no hyperbole. In the intro of TWOC, we actually see the the Elementals creating thunderstroms and volcanic eruptions. On top of this, it's been confirmed by a super intelligent scientist and an ancient evil mask who lived for mutiple years, along with the manual pretty much confirming this by mentioning an earthquake that caused the entire earth to shake.
