I was just wondering, is it possible to have the fastest tier in this wiki without being a tier 1-A or above? Is it really necessary for you to be in this tier to be this fast or can there be an exception to this?

Can you have Irrelevant speed without being Tier 1-A or above?

Irrelevant speed comes from being able to move in a place that transcends all concepts of time and space.
Usually, that requires you to be 1-A by default, and usually in other times, it's inconsistent pis for the character to move there to begin with.

I mean if the character is consistently said to have speed comparable to an irrelevant speed character via it being gifted to them then maybe
