Can we add the PAYDAY 2 version of Jacket?

According to the Payday 2 devs, Jacket is canon to the game.

Though, it doesn't make sense to the Hotline Miami continuity..

HARD NECRO, I KNOW.

From the Payday 2 wiki:

"While Jacket is canon, Jacket's canonicity had been previously debated. With the release of the FBI Files, however, Jacket has been heavily implied to be a canon part of the PAYDAY universe. While the files state that he might have been the very same person, it is also loosely suggested that the PAYDAY 2 Jacket is a separate individual inspired by the character's MO. Because of the large number of unknowns at hand, his relationship to the Hotline Miami Jacket remains uncertain. Dennis Wedin of Dennaton Games left the relationship between the two up in the air when asked about it."

This is all further supported by this Steam thread, also linked in the wiki:

Tl;dr: Hotline Miami and Payday share a universe, the Jacket in Payday 2 is likely a separate individual who was inspired by the original Jacket's actions.

That is true and does in theory make sense but the fact that nobody mentions the mass global holocaust or alternate history makes it iffy. Then again every part of the lore can be a little iffy with the crossovers. Either way a page for a separate version of the character makes sense.

I mean, with crossovers, stuff is always iffy. It's also canonical that the Payday Gang caused the zombie outbreak in Left 4 Dead, although some things don't add up. For example, special infected didn't start appearing until 2 weeks after the outbreak yet we can see a Smoker right after the outbreak starts in the mission.

And yet, it's canonical in both Payday lore and L4D lore that it was Dallas and his pals that started it all. No crossover is ever going to be perfect. Imo the page should be added.
