Not only is Toribot literally Toriyama, but he's also just a gag. Arale beats him up, and he's depicted as under the editor's heel a lot.

A single line on a Daizenshuu saying he is "The true ruler of the DB World" should not be used the say he is the "Supreme Being of the Xenoverse!1" or whatever.
