Can this ability count as Invulnerability?

There exists an ability most commonly referred to as Limit Break. If you have heard of it then that makes explaining Ira's ability easier. It's essentially the same as the Limit Break except the "limit" in Ira's case is reality. That means all the things that govern a stable structure of the universe and existence itself. Whether it be gravity, time, space, energy, and the laws of motion Ira can alter how those affect him or ignore them completely. There is countless other physics and chemistry based principles but they are too numerous to name.

Most of the time characters are so much resistance to certain things that they don't feel them, heck, that's why "Extreme Resistance" is a thing

I can't comment much on the reality and fate stuff but that'd still be resistance.
