In this scene the sun gets too close and turns the entire cast into liquid

Then Sun calls the Jupiter so he can make them "freeze" and he starts to make cold jokes (Bad jokes) and they just stand up fully new. It is possible that it happened because jupiter but it doesnt really make sense.
