An attack that does not says anything about erasing but it's capable of destroying matter leaving nothing behind.
 
No that's just a really powerful attack, things like ashess or molecules can remain after something is destroyed but not be visible. You would need some sort of statement for it to be counted as EE
 
Yeah this is more of the potency at best you can say vaporization for calc use

Can we see the context?

Black Hole was a spell that unconditionally obliterated any matter within its range. In other words, the air above the Academy had been eradicated in an instant. This caused the atmosphere in the area to become a vacuum and pull in all the surrounding air.
