Can Standard Equipment Be Restricted?

IIRC, you can only restrict optional equipment

Currently optional equipment is restircted on default, but I don't see why you couldn't restrict Standard Equipment. It's not like abilities or skills which are a natual part of said character. Equipment is something one would need to remember to bring and characters in fiction get dragged into battle without equipment all the time.

Standard equipment is something they always have with them. Like Fright Knight's Soul Shredder, he is always shown with it throughout the series. (Minus Future Fright Knight). It would be wierd if you could restric something they always carry but I believe you can anyway.

I'm well aware what standard equipment is, my point was equipment is different from abilities cause character's can lose/forget/just not current have their equipment.

Which is why I said I believe you can restrict standard equipment, I just find it odd personally. Unless it's someone like Seda (Dark Cloud), he has majority of all items in his verse as standard equipment because he actually creates the equipment on the spot.
