omg can he kill any one because his First Level: Wound Sharing Hesitation: Any wounds that Shunsui gains or has already sustained will appear on his opponent's body. Shunsui refers to this technique as the "prologue

like if some one like Naruto who has more power destroy his body the same would happen to Naruto. so am I right can that power kill any one if so that's scary.

Not really, pretty much anyone with low-mid Regenerationn or above could kill him and survive

Nope. It's pretty much like Blahblah9755 said. Anyone with Regenerationn would still be pretty fine against the technique.

yes but if you do a big blast that destroys all of him like how buu die. then they would not come back

Not everyone can pull off that kind of blast though, and there are some characters that could still regenerate from it. There's also the fact that certain characters such as power negaters, or characters capable of negating harm/damage (ex: Kurokami Medaka with encounter) would be fine against him.
