What does this even mean? All we know is that earthquakes were made, which can be done with radiated energy or an attack. If the character actually lifted something then this thread wouldn't be happening.

You can manually cause an earthquake by playing around with tectonic plates, but that is Lifting Strength derived from the tectonic plates and not the earthquake itself.

Nope, from the way this is described, it would be a massive AP feat, but nothing related to lifting strength at all.
