Can i create a profile without a verse?

I don't intend to work on a verse for this book/theater piece/movie/show, just this one profile that actually works without a verse.

I'm supposed to make a CRT for it? I post it somewhere? What do i do?
Also, what do you think about the profile whose sandbox I just linked? Any feedback will make me grateful

Some parts of it are incorrectly indexed, "Peak Human level" is supposed to be Street level, you cannot put a + in Average Human speed like you'd do in AP.

Also, I'd recommend formatting his P&A, but it's more of a personal choice.

Oh, you already posted the profile. Well, I was gonna tell you that I remember a scene of him getting shot by a rifle and surviving because it shot a small pack of blood (which I dont think would have been enough if he wasn't durable enough)... Also you forgot to tier him into Unknown, but I am also sure that for self-evident humans like him would get Human level AP if he lacks feats.

Chicó was supposed to be taking a fake shot by a fake rifle, in the end, it was used to fake Chicó getting mugged
