Can I create a profile for a book character that doesn't have an Image? or can I create a profile using an image that is accepted by Fandom?

For the former, for sure you can. Plenty, and I mean PLENTY, of profiles here don't have an image.

As for the latter, if there is no source for it from the books, or any other source (Guidebooks or smth), then I don't think you can use it, unless it's a fan art. Though you have to credit it.

Just to add for what was already said there are some restrictions about the books you can make profile to, things that are sexual or religion has restrictions.

To explain this more:

For the former, that completely depends on the book itself, and if it's mostly an erotic book or smth. If not, then I'm pretty sure he can make a profile even if the character has done sexual shit and what not. I mean, we have literal gods of sex and shiz on the wiki.

As for the latter, that's only the case if the book is about actual mythology or actual religion book or smth. Books with stories that mention real gods are fine to add.
