Can Higher-Dimensional beings interact with lesser dimensions?

For example a 11-Dimensional being can interact and also be present on lesser dimensions?

Also this would affect his true power, as it can't be manifested on a 3-Dimension?

Thanks in advance!

Depends on the verse and its rules.

In some any higher D creature can just come and go as they please

On others they might be able to manifest but on weaker/limited forms

There's literally a movie that says "Yes, yes they can." It's called "Flatland."

This is bearing in mind that we can already interact with lower dimensions ourselves (points, lines, and shapes wouldn't exist otherwise).

A movie is not what I'd call reliable, and we don't actually interact with any of those. Any point or line we physically draw actually have all three dimensions.

Lower dimensions only actually exist as concepts for us, and while we mean the dot to not have depth, length and height, it still does, even if milimeters or less.

But yes, a verse might claim either way, and we'd take it.

case by case, DC for example the characters like the New Gods mostly interact through emanations because they are very big while the 5D imps can interact with the lesser Beings without problems

Flatland is a reliable book on some level tho. It's litteraly made by a mathematician to developp the idea of higher dimensions.

It is not accurate to the real world regardless. A two dimensional object would be infinitely thin, and as such light could not be reflected from it, making any such object invisible to us. It could also create no vibrations or really interact with higher dimensions, so no monarch of pointland talking could actually happen.

A two dimensional anything would be unable to hold any mass by our perspective, effectively not existing to us.

They wouldn't exist on one side, however we should be able to theorically see them (our vision is 2D after all).

That said, it's likely the reason why Ebott portrayed lower beings as having higher senses than humans.

Light would actually need to land on them and reflect to be seen. And while there are things that act as two dimensional in the universe, they still have a very thin width, they just can't move across that direction. String theory has some stuff about assuming every atom has higher dimensions laid in a 2 manner, and electrons can potentially be 0D (though they still interact with a world through a 3D camp), and it's generally very complex.

But beyond the real of the smallest of existence, there is no such thing as a sheet of paper that is infinitely thin. If there was, we could neither touch, nor could we see light reflecting on it.
