Can higher dimensional AP negate invulnerability?

A lot of people saying yes such as these

While others say no

Not sure who I can believe in

Simple answer, usually yes. If a character is invulnerable to everything on a 3D level, it won't circumvent a 4D attack. But there are cases where just being higher D isn't enough, usually with certain physiologies like whacky non-existence. But in that case it's not even invulnerability anymore, you straight up don't exist. There are cases where nuking their reality can get around it, but vice versa as well.

Don't take my word for it, but as far as I know Higher Dimensional Ap > Lower Dimensional EVERYTHING
This.

its like 2-D paper drawing to us. No matter what it can('t) do, it wont do anything to/against a 3-D object.

Probably depends on context

Imagine a 1D being that has a 1D invulnerable dot in front of it. A 2D being could just go above or below that dot and hit the being without having to actual deal with the invulnerability.
Now imagine a 2D being surrounded by an invulnerable square. Other 2D beings might be unable to access that being but us 3D beings could just punch the 2D being from left or right, directions which the 2D invulnerable square doesn't cover.

Similarly if you're surrounded by a 3D shield, hell let's say your 3D skin is invulnerable, a 4D being could just punch your organs directly from a direction where it's not protected by your invulnerable skin.

Invulnerable organs would be safe with this logic then?

The only reason a 4D being would bypass a 3D being invulnerability is because we don't NLF the latter. Simply punching harder wouldn't work if both were equal, unless specified.
