Can Fourth Wall Breaking Support R > F?

If a character breaks the fourth wall by say, speaking directly to the audience or acknowledging their existence as a fictional character, but the 'audience' they speak to belongs to another world in the same verse and not our world, would that world have proof of R > F superiority?

I think no, otherwise Child Goku and Yamcha are Outerversal which is an outlier is absurd for 2 of them who were at that time Wall Level.... I mean Child Goku is defeated by Master Roshi who is only Moon level, ed by Tao pai which is Multi-Continental or Moon level. So No, Breaking the 4th Wall isn't R>F at least it doesn't always depend, it depends on many things but in theory it's just a laugh scene or a joke from the creator

Nah. This isn't some Popeye getting spinach from the audience nonsense where there is legitimate R>F interaction going on there.
