What if a character was said to be capable of "erasing the entire solar system" or "vaporizing mountains" etc.

Can they automatically get tiers like 4-B and 7-A?

Erasing a soler system would likely fall under existance eraser and thus wouldn't apply to AP unless it's specified how it's gonna be erased

Also vapourizing a mountain is 6-C
