So if a Giant can fling a character 40 plus miles away and there are other Giants with 3x that giants strength would they scale to this feat? Since they might be able to replicate it easily.

Throwing someone 100 of miles away counts as limited bfr

I do believe it shouldn't 100 miles even an average person can do in less than 1 week with is the minimum time to BFR. If it was capable to throwing someone to outer space or the moon that would be a problem but just 100 miles still on earth it's a very weak BFR

By me both would lose it, if that counts then Captain Marvel who punched Rogue to the moon would have straight up BFR.

Boros has BFR for that same reason, he kicked Saitama to the moon.
