Its been debated in multiple sites that Servants in CCC like Archer Emiya not only are they Massive FTL+ but they can fight at that speed as well.

In my experience this forum page doesn't like Extra CCC and doesn't even try to discuss feats from CCC. I mean they have BB at tier 7. I don't even know what to say about that when there are statements that put her at least at universal. Other pages that do character versus generally agree with things like that, with few lowballers.

It's not that no one likes Fate/Extra CCC, it's just that only a handful of us can speak and read Japanese fluently (a group which I'm not included in).

Both of the feats you mentioned were calced and added to the appropriate profiles. However, it obviously cannot be applied to any other Servants since they would throw our current power-scaling out the window.
