I mean it can kill through immortality type 9 through various means but it does not have immortality negation type 9

Type 9 can be negated with range and stuff, he doesn't have type 9 negation but depending on what plane of existence you are on, he could reach and kill you

Looking at the rimuru profile, his max range is 2-B so arceus should be able to reach him unless there is something more to it
But from what i remember, rimuru's other hax and resistance makes it a incon anyway
