Can a non-spatial realm be contained inside a spatial one

Basically title. Can a realm without the concepts of space and time be contained inside one with those concepts, even though it would lack things like the concept of location?

Generally speaking, "concepts" are the fundamental buliding-blocks of reality, they act as abstract 'pillars' holding the metaphysical structure of the physical world. If we consider Platonic Realism, a quite widely-accepted philosophy that discusses the notion of concepts (Which I believe the wiki also accepts as one of the elements to be considered when powerscaling characters on metaphysical scale of power), concepts exist as Platonic forms residing in the realm of Forms which are abstract, unchangeable, and perfect; they do, indeed, transcend space and time, given their aspatiality (The aspect of not being physical. Not locating in any physical space; they lack shape and size), and atemporality (The aspect of not being temporal. They do not come to existence nor cease to exist; they exist eternally outside of the framework of time). The physical world is described as a mere imperfect replica of the forms because things exist and eventually become nonexistent. To illustrate more of the ideology: For any physical object we perceive being spherical, they don't actually possess the attribute of 'sphericality', given how there exists physical imperfections. There will always be some minor imperfections like microscopic-sized dent or uneven levels of the material's surface. This implies that these "so-called" spherical objects are actually "man-made" imperfect replica of the Platonic form of sphericality.

Although, in the fictional world, logical possibilities are often to be ignored, so, as to your question, yes. Also, unless the context points otherwise, if a realm that lacks the concepts of space and time is contained within another realm where those concepts "exist", then there would exist then exist space-time continuum for the contained realm because concepts are universal and whatever governed by them will be influenced by them.
