Can a 2B character Defeat a 2A character

I'm just curious if someone who can destroy a certain amount of universes could harm/kill someone who can destroy/create an infinate amount

@SilentKing13 Yes. Logically a finite amount of AP shouldn't be able to harm or kill someone who can withstand an infinite amount.

Of course if their tier is only 2-A yet they're a glass cannon, that's a different story.
