Calculation Requests

The issue isn't finding his height, it's finding the crater depth relative to that lmao. It requires math that I dont know, and from what I can tell exclusively Axorandom knows how to calculate distance from camera (although I wouldn't be surprised if Diamond Drone knew how to calculate that too)
why would you need to figure out the distance of the camera to get the crater's depth? Just pixel scale the visible depth like this, or you can draw a line on the outer rim of the crater and then pixel scale that line to the character's feet like here.

Wait I didn't know that was possible lmao

Hopping back to it, will return with results in about 10 minutes or so (y)

Calc request: Speedrunner egoz blows up the נופי חדרה hotel at the end of the video

Calculation Request 1:
A Forcefield explodes

Calculation Request 2:
This Purple Thing’s AP via Large Size

Apologies it took me so long to review these, I got quite the bunch on my plate

I got some bad news with this though uh...i'm pretty sure the forcefield calculation involves a cloud splitting feat, that of which I dont know how to do at the present moment. I also do not know how to calculate physical stats from size either-

Jerry Splits a house with a very big axe. Pretty sure you can find some speed and the LS behind it.
And uh, find his largest size and GPE via here.
I think I may actually be able to do this despite me not thinking so at first. Hold please >:3

It’s just air blast

btw, the verse this calc is for... I've only the thumbnail, but it seems like an original animation series? I don't think the FC/OC Wiki would accept this, though it could probably be on VSBattles if it has over a million views.
Oh really? Figured since it’s not really independent, it has a whole studio so it should be on Vs Battles..🤔

I don't think that's what User IDK meant. Air Blast is the formula for explosions that happen in the air, you know? It's also a formula for nuclear explosions, so whatever result is gotten in the calc above needs to be reduced to 40-50%
Will note for future reference :0

This calculation request thread is for FC/OC calcs, not VSBW ones-

Unfortunately, this appears to be too vague...wrecking the room could be anything from throwing around furniture to pulverizing the floor/cracking the walls. In addition, I cant get a grip on the machine's size just by a chunk(?) of it being thrown at edward's face either :[

Tho its just the machine exploding and not any chunks remaining.
Actually-

There still isnt a size shown for the machine. However, I may be able to get a median size based off of the size of his others... >:3

Do you happen to have some other pictures of his machines? :]

Unfortunately with all I know about Oliverthehandsome's blogs, what machine and what they were working on is not said whatsoever, otherwise vague at most.

Honestly, i'm afraid i may have f*cked this up, having some other opinion could be nice

For more context, the explosion covered the whole building and there was only rubble of it left.

Generally, you want to calculate its volume, figure out what it's made of, account for hollowness & apply the pulverization value of the total material rather than using explosion size & PSI :3

Usually finding out force via the explosion itself is limited to when you got 99% explosion, such as this TDOS feat performed by Bomb

You seem to have used the area of the pizzaria as the radius? width? Whatever it is, it having a 600m^2 area and being 600m in one direction means the other direction is only 1m in length (if rectangular in shape), which I don't is possible for such a pizzaria to exist. The simplest way to fix would be to use a circle calculator to just get the radius from the Area value.

I see, i wasn't particularly sure how covering the entire pizzaria would work, so i assumed the radius would have to cover the entirety of it

Your idea of "covering the entirety of it" is a bit overkill though. A circle or a bomb with a radius of 600m would cover an area of 1130973m^2 or 1.13097km^2, which is 2.3x bigger than Vatican City in area and 1885x bigger than the 600m^2 area of the pizzaria.

Yeaaaaah i did the calc really late at night lol, then started doubting it even later that night
