Buu's feat is counted as 4-A. We scale the characters weaker than Syn Shenron from that.

There's no need to scale to Buu when in GT there's another feats, also, destroying a galaxy over time doesn't qualify as Galaxy level, and anime Buu could be considered weaker since was destroyed by one attack that can destroy Earth 10 times.
Now about Buu destroying the dimension, wouldn't be accepted by several reasons stated above, unquantificable, poorly detailed and outlierish.

I agree with you, because for example lets say this person @ full power could destroy a continent.. gradually destroying continents over time then leading to the destruction of earth does not mean that person is an planet buster.

And I also agree with the fact how buu should be deemed weaker because there is no evidence that his durabilty is 'solar system level'.
