Butch the Bully VS Jerky Johnson

I decided this could be interesting. Two 10-C's with 9-C weapons.

Fun fact: Cool Cat's actor's name is Jason Johnson, and this guy's name is also Johnson. All of a sudden, having these two fight makes a lot more sense.

Speed is equalized. Jerky's summons or whatever are restricted. Starting distance is 20 meters.

Butch:

Johnson: 5

Jerky has better training, and though he has bad eyes, he can fight and shoot exceptionally well. Due to how near they are to each other however, I doubt Jerky will use the Cursed Zone ability, as it will likely effect him as well. Anyway, aside from being more skilled, he could also summon mermaids to paralyze Butch, so he can shoot the kid in the face. And to be fair, Jerky's "bad eyes" don't really effect him in combat or anything really, as he can still skillfully pilot ships around obstacles and fire upon enemy ships a great distance away. Btw, =ize speed, or Jerky dodges every attack.

They start within sight and line of fire. If Butch tries to run to hide, he gets shot before he has the chance to turn. and again, not sure you can restrict summons

As of right now, this is nothing short of a stomp. Johnson can easily shoot first and summon mermaids to flop about in Central Park.

I have looked it up, and from what I can tell, due to Summons falling somewhat under equipment, they can be restricted, my apologies for the inconvenience.

not really. Let's say we had Ryu fight someone like...Crash bandicoot. Ryu is way more skilled, but it's not a stomp.(not sure, about it in reality, but this is for a point)
