I’m going to give my take on this fight.

Bon should take this with Low-Mid difficulty. Bon has all of Bonnie’s abilities, but has the size advantage. Bon might have a lower degree of Immortality, but his superior LS should probably make up for that.

Overall, I’m going for Bon FRA, but I’ll see what other people thinks.

Although there is a possibility that when Bonnie is destroyed, the Soul to comes out and possesses Bon, but I'm unsure if we take this into consideration.
