It means nothing really. Its just for "bumping" your thread up the forum activity so that it appears in recent activity for anyone to see and hopefully participate in. If a thread isn't very active, the thread maker bumps it in order to draw attention to the thread. However, you cannot spam bumps, only being able to use them once every 12 hours.
