Bubsy vs NiGHTS

NiGHTS has type 8 immortality, but Bubsy has the Virgil Reality Helmet, which should be able to just think her out of existence.
I say inconclusive, because NiGHTS can't actually die unless darkness no longer exists in the heart of man, which Bubsy would likely:
A., Not think to bring about with the helmet. Or B., not be able to do via the helmet's abilities.
If NiGHTS is given prep she might be able to take Bubsy by surprise, but I'm not too sure.
