Well with speed equalized, Bubsy should be able to think faster than Earthworm Jim can move. That said, all Bubsy needs to do is think Jim out of existence with the VRH, so my vote goes to Bubsy.

Another way Bubsy could beat him instead of outright erasing him is thinking away his suit. Without Jim's suit, he's defenseless and Bubsy could easily kill him like that too.

Also does he have his rocket with him as well? or he just on the ground. Hold up making the conclusion bubsy can just erase Earthworm Jim, Earthworm jim also has a existence erasure as well. It's the animator's pencil, is he allowed to use that?

Yes, he has toon force. But Bubsy has a much higher grade of toon force, to the point of being able to manipulate the plot. As for existence erasure, Bubsy's is more efficient than Jim's anyway because he doesn't have to make contact with the opponent, meaning he has a clear range advantage with the helmet.

I still say Earthworm Jim has more way to dish out than bubsy does. So Earthworm Jim vote for me.
