Kirby's BFR by inhaling only works on weaker enemies. (Even in the game there are enemies he cannot inhale.)

And since 4-A Bowser is used many of his moves that can kill Kirby are barred (since they are 3C to 2B).

Kirby still has better hax and should either have a hard-fought victory... or inconclusive.

It's been speculated that he has "infinite lives" and thus resurrects himself from there. Though it's been speculated that this is false and others have claimed and/or suggested that it should be removed.
