Grey Worm should move from Street level to Athletic Human because of that:

I'm not familiar with the verse, what are Westerosi Knights? Are they Athletic Humans?
 
Well there current justification doesn't seem to warrant 9-C and them being weaker than street level characters seem to warrant a downgrade so I agree with the OP.
