Precognition into Luck or Chaos manipulation gives Boo the victory, unless those things can't affect Minds.

1-A BFR literally doesn't matter if it never comes into play due to Boo's Luck.

Discords favorite thing to do is reality warp and read minds. Guy literally made a door into a subsection of a characters mind for a joke, and its implied the scene he demonstrated this ability was a giant illusion he was casting on multiple characters.

Theres also the fact that he's not at full power, and is using his daughters body (Boo) to recooperate. Point is he's gonna be more straight to business than his canon counterpart, coupled with his intelligence.

Well reading the mind of the Hydra isn't really gonna do much here since all they'd d see/hear is "BEAM! BEAM! BEAM!", AKA the 1-A BFR screw-you thing.

They're gonna have to be REALLY straight to business because if they gives Hydra any leeway, it'll beam their arse into nothing.

Thing is he still has his ridiculous precog that can let him see into different timelines. He's been tortured in a death trap designed specifically for him for like 2 centuries, constantly being used to make clones during that time frame. Coupled with the fact he's taking refuge in his "daughters" (Boo) body. This version of Discord is way more serious than he is in the show. The only times Discord lost in verse was because someone was manipulating Fate (Usually other cosmic forces, Blackjack in one instance.) in some way to make it so.

I think with his level of precog, knowledge, and hax he can open with something that'll work.

The level of precog isn't the problem here, nor knowledge nor hax. It's quite literally just "How fast does he pull them out IC" because a single beam from Hydra's breath would yeet Boo into a 1-A Void realm which EE's you with impunity.
