I mean Bill vs Enerjak isn't a stomp. Enerjak is somewhat equal to Sonic and Bill is somewhat equal to Super Bobobo.

Also the OP really should specify which version of Bo that he's using. It's definitely a massive stomp if it's Landmine Bo since the dude is infinitely above baseline in that form.
