They have demonstrated a High 4-C or 4-B feat on their own in terms of energy output, which is consistent for the levels that Grant Morrison and Geoff Johnns have portrayed single Green Lanterns, but they cannot use their powers for destructive purposes.

Somebody needs to find the scans for when they revitalised a star and then calculate the energy output though. For example, if they gave the star a few billion years of extra life, that can probably be calculated times the continuous energy output per second for a star.

I've did research, and it looked like they "rolled back time 8.6 Billion Years." That might be a figure of speech.

For the record, the Blue Lanterns were explicitly stated to be far more powerful than single Green Lanterns. Again, the issue is that they can not use their power offensively on their own. They mostly act as superchargers to the Green Lanterns.
