Alright so the AP difference seems to be negligible, so this comes down to hax and skill. And I would say Jaime has better hax. Or is at least more versatile. Though perhaps now looking at the prep time. I'd say Spidey could come up with something to defeat Blue. And it doesn't help that Peter is more experienced and likely has much more skill. His matter manip could also help him in the fight and in the prepping phase. This is also ignoring Pete's optional equipment, that make him just as if not more versatile than Jaime. So taking all of that into consideration. Spidey should take this mid to high diff.
