Bubbles bloodlusted wins she becomes the strongest if enraged and actually is the most vicious fighter when angered. The cute one is always the one that will rip your head off in a heart beat.

Bubbles is like Kid Gohan she lacks of fight spirit but gets powerful when she is mad.

However, Buttercup and Bubbles were chanceless against Powered Princess (Stuck, Up, Up and Away) and got wrecked. Blossom easily put her down. In the movie she also easily made Buttercup unable to fight. And she's the smartest by far which is an advantage when fighting in Townsville.
