Is Vegeta that weak against freezing attacks? that can immobilize him for awhile, but he would lose for that, right?

That wasn't the point. The point was to show that even the strongest of Saiyans don't have any inherent resistance to freezing attacks.

Well, yes but, that is other kind of freezing, didn't appeared to be a temperature based attack like in this case

Isn't Blossom's freezing at absolute zero? I remember that being the case for her against Saitama.

Well, her frost breath completely froze planet busting asteroids. I think someone here did a calc about the minimal temperature it required. I'll look around for it.
