Bloodborne Top Tiers and God Tiers

Why are the highest tiers of Bloodborne all rated at 4-C or above due to "A Call Beyond" and being able to harm beings who can survive it? The attack clearly isn't using the entire star in it (if it was, the entire screen would be filled with the attack, and so would the entirety of Bloodborne's world).

Small star is... the issue. Assuming the star is Star Level, creates the issue. In fiction stars can be any size even the size of a room. But assuming the star is any set size is an unsubstantiated assumption.

But the whole star isn't being used in the attack. Surviving the attack would maybe result in Building level durability, maybe Multi-City Block level durability

Itd be a supernova scaled down to that size we see get thriwn and attacked with I think or maybe all at once ?

This does seem like an interesting issue. A true "exploding" star would usually be around 1 FOE in power, while a "small star" may be unquantifiable. This said I am not a Bloodbourne player so I don't know the verse well enough.
