Yes, and no.

She drains people "near" her (has at the very least tens of kilometers of range) if blood, life energy, and magical energies.

And it's not through using qi, as only Divine Magic uses it. Not sure what fuels her aura, if anything does.

Anyway, she seems to lack most of her first key abilities based on her Weakness section. What does she have to put down Wan'er?

yeah pretty much, idk if you guys want to change to Chimera, he is just "you look at him, 11D passives", if it can defeat Wan'er then Chimera wins/incons, if not then she takes the spot.

Does it have anything else? Wan'er's passives would take affect faster than his sight-based stuff by default.

Also, what does her beauty do specifically? And does it still take effect after her death or absence?

I mean, why would beauty be 11D in potency? Type 3 madness doesn't scale to tier automatically, and that's what she does.

Her beauty is exactly what made her reach the level of MG, others mastered branches of magic and did a ritual but all she needed to do was increase her beauty.

Also everyone of the MGs is a smurf in their 5B key, but not all of them had their "smurf power" explained in detail.
