Bleach's cloud calculations cannot be used anymore.

Currently they all scale from Soul Society Arc Toshiro's 7-A Shikai feat. But after the revision they might backscale from Arrancar Arc's High 6-C feat since the multipliers have been finalized. The new High 7-C/Low 7-B storm feat might be usable for Soul Society Arc characters if backscaling via multipliers isn't accepted. The 6-C Ichigo cloud split is useless as it was done by Post-Timeskip Ichigo who is far stronger than High 6-Cs.

I need the scans to see the cloud movement, if you can post them

I saw it. I am im trouble right now because I didn't sleep this night. (Literally 28 hours without sleep)

Yes. Take your time to rest and recover.

@Sigurd

So, can you explain me the difference between both calculations in the OP? Because it seems to be the same feat.

I reopened this thread. Since the new calculation was accepted, shouldn't the result be applied before we close the discussion?

Thank you for helping out.

I tough this would be discussed in a Bleach CRT like they are planning to do, that's why I asked to close.
