When Yhwach stole Ichigo's "power", he only took away Ichigo's Quincy and Hollow powers, the powers gained from his mother (Chapter 680, Page 5). There was no mention that Ichigo's Shinigami powers were taken as well, those gained from his father. It also seems that even when Tsukishima restored the Bankai, Ichigo seemed to still only have Shinigami powers, given that his Reiatsu was light-coloured rather than dark-coloured. CFYOW confirms this, that it took a while for Ichigo's Quincy and Hollow powers to return.

And that was enough for Ichigo's Bankai to cut a hole in Yhwach, even after he stole Ichigo's Quincy and Hollow powers, along with Jugram and Gerard's powers.

So, I don't think Post-Absorption Yhwach, Post-Timeskip Aizen and Weakened True Bankai Ichigo should be 5-A, only 5-B, since Yhwach did not take all of Ichigo's power, and a weakened True Bankai Ichigo with only Shinigami powers still had enough strength to harm him.

But that doesn't mean that taking them away would take away what was from Isshin. Many people confirmed that what Ichigo was at the end was just "Plain Old Shinigami".

There is no other power from Isshin. There is only 1 power that is a mixture of his hollow and quincy power which make up his shinigami power. It was the entire point of him getting 2 weapons now. No one ever called him a plain old Shinigami. He's literally the closest being in terms of DNA to Reio the progenitor.
