Alright I fixed up the issue after looking at the raws and ironed things out with IMade. You can read about this in the Seireitei's Size section here.
To sum up the issue, the kanji denote that the leak covered a third of Seireitei's area (congrats area people). However, the leak is never shown in a way in which we can actual measure its area. That being said, we clearly see it fits within the radius of Seireitei. So basically 200 ri becomes the radius of Seireitei (or half the diameter) instead of a third of the diameter.
Aka Seireitei is 1570.91 km in diameter.
That's been rectified so this thread can actually be closed now
