P.S. The move "Magical Leaf" is one of Bulbasaurs's egg moves and it's not listed on his page. It would add "Homeing Attack" to his powers and abillitys sense it dosen't miss.

Hard? No. Tedious? Yes.

I'm gonna go with Bulbasaur. Poison Powder and Leech Seed alown are gonna be a big problems for Blake, on top of that (asumeing that it's sunny) bulbasaur might have a speed advantage with Chlorophyll, can heal it's self a great deal with Synthesis and will be able to spam Solar Beam like a mad man. And as if all that wasn't enough, Magical Leaf is a hard counter to blake's avoid and avade strategy.

All that said Blake has a pretty solid advantage with her fire and ice dust, but i'm not sure that it would be enough to net her the win given all of Bulbasaur's advantages.

Again, I vote for Bulbasaur, but it wouldn't be a cake walk. I'd say he takes it with Low-High difficulty.
