Blackjack (War Arc) vs Blackjack (Speak)

After spliting up Blackjack's profile, I realized that it was possible to put her against herself, and so now I'm doing just that for the fun of it.

Lets just say in PH lore that a certain card dealing ************, or some star god wanted to see this fight happen. Either way Blackjack is getting tortured somehow. Theres your backstory.

This is War Arc Blackjack in her "Blankjack/Chapter 65" form vs Blackjack (Speak) (i.e. also in her Blank {aka clone} body).
They both scale to same things, and should be equal in physical statistics.
War Arc Blackjack's Fate Manipulation is restricted.
Speak Blackjack has access to her optional equipment.

War Arc:
Telepathy, long range mind reading, better equipment, better state of mind.

Speak:
Fire spells, forcefields, far better teleportation.

Nebulous:
Ponies in verse cosplay as Blackjack often enough for it to have a impact here. Which ever can figure out that the other is the genuine article first is gonna be at a noticeable advantage in some aspects.
