No need, argument, he would do exactly same as what he did on Ace, Kurouzu, touch, break his neck/punch, Suck him into the darkness. But i think Marco Had resistance to madness manipulation.

Pre-gura gura beat Ace, the only thing Marco really has going or him over ace is experience and honestly it's kinda countered by Blackbeard's own experience considering he's been on the crew for so long he should be very knowledgeable of what Marco is capable off.

If blackbeard holds him he won't be able to regenerate but if he escapes he can... Also isn't Marco > Blackbeard Haki?

Marco is ~ kizaru who has advanced armament... So the only possible thing blackbeard can do is nullify regen and intangible temporarily while touching... Otherwise his darkness doing nothing
