Leone. She's stronger and more durable then Black Panther. Both are both combat smart, though Black Panther knows martial arts, which my give him the advantage except Leone regenerates. Any blow that would break the skin, is immediately healed. So I think Leone wins this.

Claws mean nothing. Armor might affect it. Ones a superhero, the other is a professional assassin. Ill go with assassin. experience, I'd say about the same for both.

Currently I'm working on getting the MHS reaction speed back for her for dodging lightning. That would easily stop him.
