I still don't think affecting gases is NPI, gas exists physically
And matter manip is literally just him using vector manip to push stuff, by that logic almost all vector manip should be labeled matter manip

I agree with Tllmbrg, Vector talks about manipulating matter but al he does is exert his vector manipulation powers over objects, which are made of matter. He says that because he can control physical things, but he obviously is moving matter as the physical world is made by that. It would be the same as someone who punches a wall says they can destroy matter, or the same as Vector but with telekinesis.
We need more proof of him actually affecting matter instead of just moving stuff around, and until then his are just a unique choice of words.

Thinking of it, I don't think the other is Non-Physical Interaction. Afaik gases are still composed of molecules, which are physical in their own way, and since he can control the vector of other things, he does the same with the gases that compose Vapor's body.

At most it should be noted somewhere that his vector manipulation extends even to gas.
