Bites The Dust speed calc?

I want to bring into question the validity of Bites The Dust being MFTL+, or at least, the way it's written as 'dodging'. Unless I misread, Bites The Dust's mini-KQ is physically untouchable once it's about to kill someone, Stand or otherwise, so can Star Platinum + Crazy Diamond's attempted attacks hitting nothing really be counted as outspeeding them?
