Bill massively stomps, here. Like, sure, it’s a whoever shoots first thing, but Zeno is an idiot child man-god thing and Bill is an eldritch monster trapped in the form of a kids cartoon villain. Not to mention Bill’s physiology just exists outside of Zeno’s paygrade/coverage in terms of erasure. He’d just press the red button and Zeno shrivels up and dies.

we don't even know NEP Nature 3 is truly uninteractible or not and Aspect is just for show and he didn't even have Aspect History type to counter Zeno EE, and i'm sure Zeno EE which can EE NEP Nature 1 is enough to interact with Bill

btw, as the thread says, bill will have HDE due to Dimensional Manipulation, something like "eventually will become Higher D", he doesn't starts as Higher D, he starts as 3-D cuz that's how he was in the show, so even if the HDE is accepted it won't really matter here because he won't have enough time to transcend, he will either be erased by Zeno or will just yeet Zeno

His range is already enough to affect Zeno.
As the Nightmare Realm is basically a higher plane (5-D, up to 12D).

Its really who were gonna attack first, but i think considering for both in-character, Bill would take this.
He doesn't really have time to do all the battle sh*t, Zeno gets Time Baby treatment right away (BOOM!)

Ok, so...

Zeno's 1st action is to erase either Bill or the Cosmology. The issue however is this:

• Nonexistence Erasure (Nature Type 1; Aspect Type 5; History - Zen'ō is able to erase the entirety of the multiverse, which includes the World of Void and Subspace, which are nonexistent)

Zeno cannot erase Bill, as he never pulled a Monika where he deleted someone, and that guy just disappeared from history, Frost is an example of this. Not to mention that his version of the Hakai is still limited to Soul/Mind, while Bill Cipher's Mindscape form is deeper than the baseline soul/mind as it's nonexistent compared to ghosts.

Not to mention that Bill is infinitely above Zeno anyway, as Zeno's Low 1-C is finite, while Bill affects the Nightmare Realm, which is infinite whenever it is 5D or 12D, meaning that Bill can kill Zeno from just tapping him once.
