I'm pretty sure that Lucifer doesnt have much in his low 2-C key. He know some spells though, including the name of the Presence which can destroy a High 1-B reality

That kinda sounds like take yourself out with a 2-C key

Even if scaling to some weaker characters or something, he should still have some abilities no? Even if it's not much, the tiers really need to be seperate cause it gives the idea his low 2-C self has 1-A hax/properties which apparently isn't the case.
