I think bill has this. With concept manipulation dark side being a conceptual being could work agenst him. Sure it won't kill him but surely it would effect him some how. Also with his knowledge he could learn of his weakness and use his power to get some.

If it's not on the profile it can't be used. That's the rules.


He doesn't use his mind hax alot. It would be creating madness bubbles and if weird megdoen had continued they would have spread across the multiverse. They make people go mad apparently. So there would have been alot?


However he can literally rewrite the laws of physics and has law mainplution. Between that he should be able to get around his omnipresents.
